But before doing so, a little about NOMADUK and a sample of what is in store:

NOMADUK is responsible for many of the major changes in fly fishing attire winning numerous international awards, and has always stayed ahead of the field in innovative design which is where we intend to stay giving the best possible service to our customers. 

This same innovative practical approach to design of technical, specialist country sports attire in recent years has been applied to Tropical , Game Shooting, Deer Stalking and now Riding and Ladies' Country Coats. NOMADUK also manufactures personalized clothing for Polar and Expeditionary groups, industrial usage and even glamorous, yet ergonomically designed Airline Hostess apparel , which is always an interesting and always .. fun.

Members of NOMADUK's staff have lived and been involved in outdoor pursuits in every continent. It is not surprising therefore that they are responsible for introducing not only the original 'NOMAD' Chest Wader Jacket (which outfitted more Alaskan Lodges than any American manufactured wading jacket and became the benchmark for the fly fishing industry) but also the lightest, most breathable wading jacket ( award winning 'EXPLORER');  the first breathable chest waders;  the first double breathable 'STILLWATER' system; the remarkable and only reversible waterproof breathable Deer Stalking / Driven Game Shooting / Country Coat - the 'REVERSIBLE HUNTER' and its equally unique gale defying adjustable 'REVERSIBLE COUNTRY CAP'; the first European manufactured range of nearly ultra-violet proof 'TROPIC' clothing and finally the first range of 'STEALTH'  specialist waterproof, windproof, breathable fleece garments for fishing, stalking and general country use. Our manufacturing is not restricted to just clothing, much travel experience has resulted in the largest range of fly fishing and fly-tying luggage produced by any western hemisphere  company.

Because each product range (eg 'STILLWATER') is so different in concept and fabric used we have listed all products on the PRODUCTS page according to the style of manufacture (noting the importance of each style), whilst listing all the products of a particular category (eg Chest Wader Jackets) in their page for easy reference  and comparison of style, application, price etc for those seeking information on a particular model. 

NOMADUK is a small company but, as you will have probably perceived we manufacture serious equipment the quality of which far exceeds our size.

We don't believe in cutting corners. Our garments are primarily functionally designed with the intention of ensuring practical performance, along with lightness and a high degree of durability resulting in long life and enhanced value for money.

As well as offering a greater variety of sizes than our contemporaries we also offer a custom made service for individuals, estates, stillwater club teams, also National and International Teams.

We at NOMADUK  have great belief and support of the countryside and nature worldwide. In sponsoring certain competitions and teaching international multi discipline fishing guides we are continuously aware of the importance of  conservation of habitat and protection of species seeking to maintain 'balance' so that our children may also wonder at the ways of the world as we have been so fortunate to do......... Consequently we support only those competitions which give greatest respect to the wild fish of our rivers and lakes: Scottish Rivers Championship / NOMADUK National Rivers Championships .... and also to those events and festivals which introduce Children to the delights of fly fishing and the countryside in general.

A similar approach is brought to bear in our support (either as Distributors or Agents) of such innovative and demanding of quality fishing equipment manufacturers as: Marc Petitjean, Thomas Michael (STEELFIN Reels), which are also featured in this web along with details of reviews, exhibitions, open-days and show attendance.

Each rod is designed to do a specific job but is ‘tweaked’ to give that little bit more whether it be in relation to lines used or quarries sought after giving that much more value for money. On top of this  all rods come in their own protective Rod / Reel bag with room for a fly box enabling everything to be carried together.

Finished in a flash-free black matt, with the best of fittings and cork plus black aluminium reel  seats, the quality of workmanship can be seen in the trueness and seating of each joint plus the outstanding standard of varnishing.

There is a difference in the make-up of the Saltwater and  Freshwater designs with the latter being made up of 50 million modulus plus carbon resulting in an exceptionally light, powerful and very responsive action whilst Saltwater fish and fishing conditions demand a more robust taper, a more powerful butt section and carbon structure for strength and quick loading, plus oversized snake rings
